Traveller can display a popup checklist whenever a transaction is added or changed and request that the clerk fill in a set of pre-programmed questions. Configuration of the checklist is explained in detail here. Specific Popup Checklist configuration is shown below.
To begin with the checklist must be turned on, this can be done in either global options or checklist maintenance.

Once you have switched these options on you will need to reboot Traveller to continue.
What you will see now in Traveller, is that all bookings where the travel date in the consultation is beyond that which is set in the global options where there is more than 1 transaction will popup a checklist when viewing Transactions. This will continue to popup until at the very least all mandatory items have been ticked off. All choices on this screen are logged (shown later).
The list which appears will look a little like this, we provide an array of standard checks which can be changed using the configuration.

The headings and questions in this screen are set in the configuration, shown below.

As mentioned earlier, further details on setting this up can be found here.
Setting items as mandatory means they appear in Blue and will cause the screen to appear over and over until they are filled in.

Also note that setting a "free text answer" allows the user to fill in an edit box at the bottom of the screen for answers that aren't always a clear yes or no.

To toggle a setting, double click on a row question, or you can click the drop down at the end of each line too.
Mentioned previously was the feature where all history on this screen is recorded, by switching to the history tab you can see 2 changes which I have made on this screen :

I then change my ages...

So a full audit trail is available to you at all times.
