Onward Travel.

It is often advantagous to the clerk to have the ability to specify many onward travel destinations included in a holiday or travel destination without the need to create individual transactions for each place. This is especially usefull if the transaction is a package and the onward travel is included at no extra charge.

The onward travel interface was revised in version 6821, and currently appears as the example shows below.

This was a big change from the old system and organises the data in a much more readable fashion. Adding a new onward travel item is simple, simply fill in the details and click “Add Detail Line”. Any line may be removed if a mistake or amendment is required via the use of the "Delete detail line".
All fields on this screen apart from Arrival Date and Nights are free text, so any information at all may be recorded there as there are no restrictions on the input. Existing onward travel arrangements will be displayed in this new fashion.
