QMISC is supported from 1.1.0.65 of the TravClient.dll and Traveller 6829 v2. This functionality appears on the right click of the transaction screen (shown below). This screen will enable users to add misc transactions in bulk.
If you have never been here before you will first need to visit the configuration screen.
For items to appear in the Operator drop down you must first click supported Misc Types. Then, when the form is restarted all operators who support these transaction types will be shown.
Over on the right you have the following options :
1) Auto Complete using historic items.
If ticked then the system will index all previous MISC description entries after the date range provided, this will make entering multiple items easier and enable clerks across departments to mirror each others entries. Enabling this option will make the boot of the form slightly slower whilst it indexes entries.
2) Remember number of passengers.
If un ticked every time you add a misc item the number of passengers is reset. Otherwise it isn't.
To begin adding items fill in the details using <tab> to switch between boxes one at a time.
If you make a mistake you can alter the item in the grid and also remove items.
Once you've added all the items you wish to add, click OK and the system will create these items for you.
Traveller will refresh your list when you return.
Now these transactions are treated as normal MISC items.
