Q. Head Office have dialled in/emailed and sent some new Operators but I still don’t have the Operator that I requested?

The download connection may have been successful but when the transfer was taking place a member of staff at the branch may still have been logged into Traveller. Contact Head Office and ask for the information to be re-downloaded ensuring that no-one at the branch is logged into Traveller. If your communication is by email the Head Office will email the masterfiles to an email address at the branch. Check that the email has arrived BUT DO NOT OPEN IT. On the pc desktop is an icon named ETTF. Click on this and choose the read masterfiles option. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL MEMBERS OF STAFF ARE OUT OF TRAVELLER AT THIS TIME. Once this has been completed everyone can click on the Traveller icon and the masterfiles should copy over. If you need to repeat the process of reading the masterfiles you must first go back to the masterfile email and mark it as unread before proceeding further.
