Hopefully this has been discovered at the draft stage. Check all the item values
against the ticket copies issued. If there are ticket numbers missing it could
mean that the ticket has not been allocated to the booking. Run the unreported
ticket report and if the ticket number is showing go to the booking and allocate
the ticket. Once this has been completed the ticket number will show on the
sales return. The draft report should balance before a final report is generated.
If a ticket you expect to show doesn’t appear it may be because it has
been issued outside the date criteria entered for the sales return.
