Mailshot set up for retrieving passenger details, who are booked with Fly Globe Span Airline.

Within the Mailshot, run the report using the following set up:

- DEPARTURE DATE - from: today. to: however far into the future you wish to report.

- BOOKING TYPE - all

- OPTIONS - you may wish to include onward travel

- OPERATOR - select Fly Globe Span

All transactions, destinations, brochures, consultants, affinity codes, special interest groups.

Then click REPORT SELECTED.

A mailshot report per branch will feature on the screen firstly

Then the mailshot selection screen, where you can Export the data to CSV format

The CSV format will be stored to a local drive, and will be call MAILSHOT 20091217, for example:
