New options added to commission analysis report.

The commission analysis report now has extra flexibility in what data it returns, to access these options select the Options tab from the criteria screen.

To optionally include cancelled bookings in the commission analysis use the option Include Cancelled Bookings. A tick indicates that the report WILL return cancelled transactions.

To optionally exclude the discounts in the final figures, use the option Use Discount in comm percentage a tick in this box indicates that the discount WILL be taken into consideration when calculating figures.
