Export Auto insurance return to CSV file.

When running an auto insurance return, it is now possible to save the data to a CSV (Comma Separated Values) file. This file can be read by applications such as Microsoft Excel and can be useful if the user requires a custom report based on this data, for example a report sorted by surname.

This feature is in addition to the ability to save the report to the standard formats from the print preview screen (activated by the save icon).
