Mailshot can now check for clients who have been reported multiple times.

When running a mailshot, previously it was entirely possible a client would be returned multiple times, for example

a) If the criteria entered by the user encompassed more than one of their consultations

b) 2 clients with the same surname are living at the same address (a husband and wife for example). This would cause multiple letters to be sent to the same address which was not always the desired effect. There is now an option to remove clients which have the same surname and postcode.

The option is located in the same area as the standard mailshot criteria. For this new option to work most effectively it is recommended that all clients have complete addresses including postcodes.
