In some scenarios it may be helpful if the user is able to specify which printer they would like to use on a document by document basis. This option calls an extra screen just prior to the point where a document would normally be sent to the default printer (In printer allocation) asking them which printer they would like to use. The feature is meant to be streamlined, and requires only a brief amount of interaction from the user to complete.

Once the printer setup screen appears, clicking OK will print the document. Clicking CANCEL will take you back to the preview pane without printing.

Furthermore this option can optionally be configured differently on each set for extra flexibility. To access this switch select Options from the main Traveller screen, then Options again from the drop down menu, the switch can be found under the Client tab. (See fig. 18) The default option for this is OFF.
