Increased Security on documents.

The system now enforces a new security feature. When printing documents in traveller, it is now not possible to easily alter important values and information on document printouts. All document types are protected and only the KEYWORD values cannot be altered.

When changing a document preview as is sometimes required, the alteration of key values is simply ignored. Free text comments are allowed in areas away from keywords.

If this feature is not desired then there is a switch accessible by high level users only to toggle the option on or off. To find it select Options from the traveller menu, then Global Options. The Protect Keywords on all documents switch can be found near the bottom of the Printing Options tab
