Enhanced security when running returns.

It is now possible to specify the security level required to run returns, this prevents important aspects of the system being run without correct authorization. To configure this option, select Options from the main traveler menu, then Global Options, the selection box is under the Security Levels tab.

The value you select is the minimum security level to see the return option, any users above the selected level will also have the rights to run returns. The default value for this is Manager.
