Ability to remove certain menu options.
There now exists the ability to turn off certain menu options in Traveller, whether it be for security or simply because the business does not require them cluttering up the interface. Each of the circled options below can be removed individually from the system.
Options / Tools – Holiday Services – Travel Services – Extras – System Parameters
These options can not be altered from within Traveller and require a support engineer to enable the change. The change is a very quick and painless operation which can be carried out in minutes. This change effects users on a branch by branch basis.
New users of the Traveller system will have their company requirements evaluated upon installation so some options here may not appear on their systems, activation is as simple as removal and the same procedure should be used.
