Ability to jump directly to SABS downloads handoff page from within Traveller.

For users of the SABS download feature in Traveller there is now a quick method of jumping directly to the SABS Handoff page from within the main menu.

To access this, select Download from the main menu, the SABS Handoff Generation option is at the bottom of the list.
