When an auto insurance policy is cancelled it was previously possible to amend the details contained on within the transaction. To preserve an audit trail of transaction history Traveller will now freeze auto insurance transactions upon their cancellation, all fields will be greyed out as shown in the example below.
A new transaction must be created if the customer still requires insurance.
