E-Mail Changes
Redline

6827 introduces 3 major changes to the SMTP e-mail system, the first is BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) explained here. This is the second, providing the  "X-mailer" option. What this does is identify the sender in more detail so that spam filters are less likely to treat the email as spam, increasing the likelihood of your emails reaching their intended recipients

Switching on X-mailer is simple, the global option below shows how.

Turning X-mailer on will have no impact on system performance and will include a tag in all outgoing e-mails that identify Traveller as the source. There is no further configuration required for this item.

Lastly, all documents now sent from Traveller have been renamed to avoid confusion with some of the commonly named documents sent with spoof e-mails such as "reciept.doc". These are instead prefixed with "Traveller" to help identify them.
