Documents in Traveller are extremely flexible and can be configured to suit the business needs and their desire appearance. It has been a restriction up until 6827 that a single Traveller Database can have only a single document set. 6827 Introduces the ability to have completely different documents on a per sales account level so for example, account A can have Invoice X and account B can have invoice Y.
The configuration for this option is quite complex and will require a member of Micros|Travel to initially start this for you, but once initilised the selection of documents will be availible to you on a simple drop down menu inside teh sales account details screen.
