A small number of customers have Traveller configured to use departments as branches. In this configuration it is now possible to run 2 or more banking or letter processes at the same time. Previously this would be locked by branch. No options are required to use this feature, for more information on the departmental branch option please contact Micros|Travel as its usage is quite specialised and your system will need to be evaluated for compatibility.
