Traveller Utils also contains notes written in red to explain each tabs usage, please take the time to read these notes as they are often meant to inform and remind users of any steps they should take to prepare before performing the action.

Common operations :

Custom SQL's

Traveller utils can perform some standard maintenance procedures such as resetting document images and correcting booking details that can occasionally go awry in Traveller. A description of the items can be seen below :

Pack and Re index

Frequent Packing and Re indexing is an essential part of using Traveller, if the system is constantly being updated then it's tables become messy and inefficient. Support Engineers at Micros|Travel will often take the task of performing the re index themselves however it is often more desirable for the user to be self sufficient in this area and to be able to schedule these operations outside of normal working hours. Traveller Utils allows for Packing operations to be carried out at a time when it will not disturb the normal working of your business.

Unlock Clients

Traveller already contains an unlock clients button, but it's difficult to clear the entire client lock table without being able to see which clients are actually held by which users. Traveller Utils will empower the user by letting them unlock every client in the system. Obvious care must be taken with this option and as such it is only accessible by higher level users.
