Traveller v6828 gives the user the option to change the way in which Data Take on works very slightly. When a payment is carried out in the new system the payment date will be set at the date you defined upon logon, this is a change from the old mechanism where the payment date would be today.
This item is enabled via Options/Tools -> Global Options -> System Tab and tick the "Strict use of Data Take On Date" option. Leaving the option unticked will leave this as it has always worked.
