6828 introduces some user configurable parameters in regard to the amount of space that is used for documents that are saved in the Traveller system. Prior to 6828 all documents would be saved which is fine under most circumstances. However, on a system which experiences high throughput or more rarely has a limited amount of space to store data these parameters will only keep a certain time period.
Options / Tools -> Global Options -> Data Storage shows options on what data to keep or purge. If you select the option "If sales account is set" then you must also configure the sales account to save the document.
