The traveller update procedure has been simplified and improved vastly since 6826, the new interface keeps things simple with updates potentially being completed in 3 clicks.
To update your version of Traveller click "Upgrade my Traveller system to the latest version".
The update process will run a number of programs, please be patient and wait for the finishing dialog. If there is a problem such as users being logged into the system or a critical error such as a power cut the system will very likely be usable but you will not be fully updated.
Click OK on the update completion box and exit. Traveller should now be updated.
