Ticket Searching has been enhanced in Traveller v6828 further to client requests to allow partial ticket matching on Ticket searches, very much like the standard client search. What this means is that ticket batches can be searched on and a range of tickets can be returned.
In the above example we have searched on all tickets beginning with "837", so instead of the agent having to recall the exact ticket number they can partially enter the code and get a range of tickets!
Once the list of clients has been retrieved either double click or select and click OK to be taken to their booking.
