6828 updates the Unallocated BSP Ticket report with a criteria screen and a number of user friendly messages when the report finishes. The Unallocated BSP Ticket report is accessible from the File menu (shown below)
The purpose of this report is to find BSP tickets that have fallen out of sequence, so for example if you had a batch of tickets, 1 to 100 and you allocated ticket numbers 1,2,3,5,6 and 9 then the report would return 4,7 and 8 as missing. To launch this report, select your criteria options as shown below and click OK.
Wait for the report to complete and a print preview will be displayed.
