During the installation of some versions of Sage Line 100 on Windows Vista the install application may inform the user that the drive letter they have defined to install to does not exist. This has been found to be a problem with UAC (User Account Control) in Windows Vista.
The screen shot and steps below explain how to disable this option and allows the user to continue with the installation.

To change UAC settings :
1) Click Start
2) Click Control Panel
3) Click User Accounts
4) Click Turn UAC on or off.
Please note that changes to your operating system are normally the responsibility of the user unless otherwise contractually stated. If you are at all unsure contact your account manager. Further compatibility issues may be found by visiting the Sage web site.
