6829 build 5 -Fee's (SERV/FEES and CCHG/CCHG) to be assigned to correct consultant on download.

3 new global options added to allow the consultant on fee generated by a downloaded fee to be selectable

Global Option / CRS & BSP - Use download CONS / CRE / TKT consultant for fees.

If all three of these new options are blank ( as they are by default ) then the current situation applies where whoever is logged in will be listed against the fees

If "Use download Consultant for fees" is ticked then the PPHEADER.Consultant field will be used as the clerk ref for the fee

If "Use download CRE Consultant for fees" is ticked then the PPHEADER.CRE_Consultant field will be used as the clerk ref for the fee

If "Use download TKT Consultant for fees" is ticked then the PPHEADER.TKT_Consultant field will be used as the clerk ref for the fee

This will apply to all the normal downloadable fees : MFEE/MFID, Quick Fee, Rule Fee and Flexi Fees
