Automatic printing, or the suppression of that printing is configured as follows :
The checkbox, highlighted above determines if a document is suppressed with it is downloaded using the CRS Queue. It should also be noted that printer allocation overrides this setting, so for example, if a particular sales accounts printouts were suppressed and the printer allocation was configured to print and view then the document would still be produced.
