6829 - Build 5 - New Booked-by drop down options.

Existing 'Booked By' is usually free text or can be a drop-down of clerk names.
New requirement now allows you to store a Clerks reference, followed by the Clerks name within a consultation screen.

This is to help report on Clerks who may share the same initials as another Clerk.

Global Options / Client - use clerk name = just Clerks full name.

or

Use clerk reference = will show the clerks REF & full name.
