Build 5 - 434exe: Change the Clerk Ref within each Transaction.

To make sure each transaction's commission is correctly assigned to the correct Clerk, there is now a new function to allow the Clerk reference for each transaction to be amended.

Setup:

Support: TravClient.DLL v1.4.0.140 or above will be required. This will need to be installed into INSTALL \ DLL'S & C:\Conctrav.

This is a security setting so only level 4 users can change Clerk References.

Any Clerk Reference changes made will now be logged in CWAUDIT.

Process:

Within a Consultation:

- Enter the transaction history screen.

- Right click on the screen.

- Go to: Change / Clerk Reference.

A new Clerk reference screen will then feature, with a list of Clerk references, enabling you to select a reference for each transaction.

Press 'Change Reference'

Now the new Clerk Ref is stored within the Transaction - Ref column.
