6829 build 5 - Consolidated Postings Details Report with a new CSV output.

Web based Traveller users currently have Extracts written to the folder PostingsCheck under the main dataset. Certain Web based users may not have access to this folder, so a new path has been set up within Traveller for the report to export to.

There is a new Global Option / User defined tab - Consolidated Posting Detail folder:

This is where the Consolidated Postings Extract will be stored
