6829 build 5 - Debtors report now shows the Data Take-On box automatically ticked.

Carrying on from the Creditors report allowing Date Take-On bookings, the Debtors report now also can have the Data Take-On box automatically ticked.

The following will need setting up from behind the screens by Support

- GLOBOPTN.adt - add code 10000001 / 10000002 etc (or something other than 0) to DTORunNo (data take on run number) into INTEGERVAL column for each branch.
- CONSAUDT.adt - needs the new BRANCH column also.

Then, when you enter the Business House Debtors report, the Data Take-On box will now be ticked.
