6829 build 5 - Auto process of LOW COST bookings.

Traveller doesn't currently auto process Low Cost bookings, yet the new version now allows Low Cost to download without a ticket number (adds a temp number of 000000)

There is a new Global Option / CRS/BSP / Autoprocess Non-BSP air bookings

Changed the CRS Stage 2 ( cw334p1.pas ) to create CPAY records for CONSOL bookings if this option is set

Changed the CRS Stage 3 ( cw334p2.pas ) to NOT PROCESS any tickets for CONSOL bookings if this option is set

Changed the CRS Transaction Update ( cw362p0.pas ) to allow autopayment processing to occur ( if there were any payments ! ) for non-BSP air transactions when this option is set

Changed the CRS Error Queue ( cw32220.pas ) routine Air_Tickets_Needed to return FALSE for CONSOL when this option is set
