Traveller 6829+ comes with the option to derestrict active ticket batches.
To configure this option, switch the item on within global options ~> General Options.
What this will then allow is multiple batches within the same code as shown below.
The default behavior for this option is off and so the system will remain as it has done historically. There are advantages and disadvantages to enforcing 1 active batch and it is very much up to the business involved to decide what is best for them.
