6829 build 5 - Departmental Diary.

To allow more than one branch to run the daily diary at the same time, and to produce a diary only for the selected branch.

A couple of sites have experienced problems when running the daily dairy, when more than 1 branch were trying the run the diary at the same time. To stop the following message appearing: 'Already in use by Joe Bloggs’ we have introduced an option to allow multiple branches run the same report at the same time.

This new facility, will also allow individual branches to produce their own diary without seeing other branches bookings.

Go to Global Options / System Options / tick 'select departments for daily diary'

Then you can simply run the Daily Diary without any messages stopping you.

If 1 branch is therefore selected, it will now only produce data for that individual branch:
