6829 build 5 - Multiple discount usage within the detailed costing screen of a Consultation.

Now able to add more than one discount into the the Detailed Costing screen with the total Discount being used on HIST0r and TTFA0s etc. ( NOTE This does not apply to Auto Insurance costing )
