6829 build 5 - New exporting facility for PDF documents.

When emailing documentation, your PC will require' Word' Viewer / Open' Office', to allow you to open a document in the correct format. Both downloads are free.

You will also require 'Adobe' Reader / 'Foxit' Reader, both software work in a similar ways but 'Foxit' Reader, will take up much less space on your Drive.

There is now a new global option, allowing documentation to be exported in PDF format.

You will need to set up the following areas within Traveller:

Go to: Global Options / Email & PDF's / Email PDF documents.

Within File / Systems / Consultation Maintenance, add your email address within the Email field.

You can also complete the 'Email From' field, allowing you to personalise your emails by adding your company name or an individual User name.

Go to Document Designer, and copy your logo to all required documents.

For RETAIL sites, simply add in the clients email address within 'client details' in Email.

For CORPORATE sites, simply add the account code into the 'client details' screen, and within here there will be an email address for that account - just copy this into the main Email field, as normal.

When a document is now produced, you have the ability to email the document in PDF format.

Once the document is featured on the screen, simply click on email to send the document.

Below is an example of a PDF document with a logo.

The PDF document will store within the Documents screen of a consultation, and will look like:
