6829 build 5 - Transaction Information Report now features 2 more field option tabs.

Within the Field Options screen, there are now 2 more options to report on:

- Trans value before VAT

- VAT on Transaction

To read the INVVATV value from HIST0r and return that as the "VAT on Transaction". The "Trans value before VAT" is calculated from HIST0r.TotVal - HIST0r.INVVATV.
