6829 Build 5 - New global option to allow more flexibility on card fees.

2 global options will allow:

- either the card charge already contains VAT and so the system calculates the VAT element within the total
- or the card charge does not contain VAT in which case VAT has to be added to the total

If the Card charges includes VAT, is set then the former case applies otherwise the latter.

Go to: Global Options / Costs & Fees - 'Apply VAT to card handling charge' and 'Card charge includes VAT'

The card charge Percentage Fee & VAT rate needs setting in Payment Methods Maintenance screen

Now I can take payments within a consultation.

This is with the 'CARD CHARGE INCLUDE VAT' when the global option is ticked.

Next is the 'CARD CHARGE INCLUDE VAT' when the global option is unticked.

Note, the card charge is 10.00, but as it reaches the summary screen, the cost has included the VAT charge.
