6829 build 5 - New Global Option to allow Auto-Insurance DEPTDATE to be amended in the transaction screen.

This is to allow you to keep the existing policy number, and simply change the departure date if required.

New global option / Security Level - Auto Insurance Departure date can be changed.

Auto Insurance screen has been altered to allow for limited access to the departure date field and to automatically calculate the end date accordingly.

A record is added to cwAudit.adt each time this date is changed

Updated DEPTDATES will then correctly store within documents in the DOCUMENT ENTRY SCREEN & AUTO INSURANCE report.
