6829 build 5 - Branches within the Diary / Banking are now to be defaulted with all branches unticked to resolve the locking issue.

Any user with access level 3 or above, would automatically be able to view all branches, when entering the Diary and the Banking.

If the user didn't untick the un-wanted branches, and consiquently ran the Diary / Banking for all branches, this would obviously lock the facility for other sites.

Build five, will now have the branches automatically un-ticked when entering the Diary / Banking, therefore allowing the user to manually tick the branch they require.

Any user on access level 2 or below, will still only see their default branch, as per their initial logon set up.
