6829 build5 - The main Daily Cash Book report, within the Banking now reports by PAYMENT date.

Within the banking, the Daily Cash Book report has been changed from DEPT date to PAY date.

The heading has also been changed.

The PAYMENT date is retrieved from the TRANSACTION date within the Transaction screen from a Consultation.
