6829 build 5 - Now able to block Interim payments from a booking.

Global Options / System Options / Interim payments can be taken.

This will automatically default as ticked, so Interim payments CAN be taken, if you would like this facility to be turned off, just simply untick this box.

So if the Interim Option is unticked, when payments are taken within a consultation, the Interim payment type will be excluded from the payment entry screen.
