6829 build 5 - New booked by drop down field within a consultation.

There is now a new global option that changes the 'Booked By' field on the consultation to a 'drop down' box which only supplies the configured clerks in the system.

This is to allow certain sites to remain on the existing Booked By field, where its free text, and introduce a new Drop Down box, which will produce only REF ID's stored within CLRK0r.adt table.

Go to: Global Options / Client / Use Booked By Drop-Down.

Within a consultation screen, the Booked By field, will now feature a drop down arrow to allow you to select a Clerk ID.

The CRS user defined fields selection form ( CRSUSERDEF.PAS) has changed to use a drop-down when the global option is active

CRS validation tries to match the BookedBy field against a Ref in CLRK0r and failing that tries to match against the Name in CLRK0r
