6829 build 5 - New Consolidated Postings Detail Extract facility within Traveller Accounts.

There is a new menu option on the Traveller Accounts menu: Consolidated Postings Details. This allows a data extract to be created for consolidated transactions that have been written by Traveller to Sage. The data extract contains a breakdown of the consolidated data at the Traveller booking level.

Go to : Traveller Accounts / Consolidated Postings Details

Within the criteria screen...

The BRANCH will default to the current working branch, and is read only.

Select a LEDGER code to export.

Select DATES FROM / TO.

Press find.

Once all the criteria is completed and the find button is pressed, then the form changes to...

Within here, you're able to select all / toggle all / clear all, allowing you to export individual amounts.

Restart returns to the criteria screen.

CSV starts the CSV output process.

Once the CSV is completed the following message will be produced, to show the path to where the CSV has been saved too...

The extract will be called: Postings_(branch)_(ledger)_(date&time).CSV

The total amount within the extract, will match the total amount within Summpost (which is then sent to Sage)
