6829 build 5 - New custom letters on Documents.
You are now able to attach the one-off letters within the attachment sheet screen, to other documents such as Statements.
Each country code can now be mapped to an individual one-off letter, so when a document is produced, the relevant one-off letter will automatically be attached.
The lastest LAYOUTS.exe and DLL is required:\\Ramesys2k\data\Dev\Traveller\Layouts\20100805-1655
Within DOCC0r.ADT, set any required document to include INFOSHEET=TRUE.
(Web Traveller installation will require the DLL to be on their Cdrive, within the same path as the EXE)
Within Document Designer, go to: Tools / One Off Letter Rules.
Listed on the left handside, are the pre-set one-off letters, which are currently used within Document Entry screen.
On the right handside, is where you can begin to set up new rules to ensure the one-off letters automatically attach to certain documents.

4 rules have already been set up - Austria / Caribbean / Australia / USA.
When right clicking within the right handside of the screen, you will see 2 options.
- new / edit = allows you to either set up a new rule, or amend an existing rule.
- assign rule to a one-off letter - allows you to assign rules to the pre-set one-off letters.

If we click on New / Edit, it will take you to the Rule Configuration screen, where you can:
- add a brand new rule
- add a sub rule to an existing rule
- edit and existing sub rule
Within here, you can see, there are 4 main rules: Austria / Caribbean / Australia / USA.
There are then sub rules set underneath each main rule - these are listed below:

Such as the Caribbean / Australia rule, you are able to enter more than one sub rule.
Then press SAVE and click on the X to exit, once complete, and you will go bakc to the main Letter Rules screen.
Within here, you can now assign the One-Off letters to the set rules, stored on the right handside.

Highlight the One-Off letter on the left handside, then highlight rule on the right handside - right click and click on ASSIGN RULE TO...
You can assign as many One-Off letters to a rule, as you wish.
Within a Consultation, run a statement document (or whichever document you have set up) and the following screen will now produce, automatically have any assigned One-Off letters attached. The full list of One-Off letters remains accessible, to allow clerks to adjust accordingly if needed.

Press ok, and the One-Off letters will feature, followed by the Statement document.
The Document along with any attached One-Off letters, will be stored within Document Entry screen like this:
