If there are more than one transaction within a consultation, and if the 'balance due' letters (for example) are due for all transactions, originally a letter would have printed off separately for each separate transaction. This new global option will now only print the one 'balance due' letter for all transactions, instead of one each.

If you would like to turn this facility on, go to:

Global Options / Systems / Use extra de-duplication of letters - tick

Now when the Letters are run, all consultations with more than one transaction added, will only print on one letter.
