6829 build 5 - 3 new keywords for invoices which feature more than one transaction.

BOOKNET = total booking value, net of VAT.

DOCVAT = VAT on commission for multiple transactions. If commission is not present, VAT will still be calculated. This can be used instead of VATAMT.

TOTAMT = invoice total.
