6829 build 5 - To show the number of letters per department.

Go to Global Options / System Options / tick 'Report departmental letters on mailshot'

Then you will be able to run a Mailshot as normal, which can be found in: File / Diary / Mailshot

Once you have selected your criteria within the Mailshot screen, you can press 'Report All'

The first page from the Mailshot will then produce a breakdown of each branch, something on the lines of this:
