6829 build 5 - Following on from Auto Emailing of invoiced documents on download - Manual Emailing of documents now available.
Part of the auto-email set up, was the pre-set email templates, which configured in the following screens within Traveller:
Branch / Department / Consultant / Sales Account / Client Details.
When manually completing a payment within a consultation, and an invoice is then produced, you're now able to:
- click on EMAIL within the document.

If the account email and the client email are both stored within the client screen, then the 'TO' field will feature both email addresses.
Likewise, if only either the account or the client email is feature, the 'TO' field will then only show that email address.

Account emails take hierarchy, and will therefore use the accounts pre-set email template, which is set up in Sales Account / Sales Account Details / Account Options - Auto Emails will be sent to.
Any manual payment taken, and there is no account email address, then it will default to the client pre-set email template, which is set up within a consultation / client detail screen - Template.
