6829 build 5 - New NONE & PAY tick options within the Mailshot report.

There are now two new tick options within the Mailshot report, under 'Booking Type'

NONE - Will show all saved clients with no saved consultations, therefore no payments taken.

PAY - Will show all passengers who have any amount outstanding to be collected, from 1p upwards.
